Room 4.0 / 10 Hotel Les Bergers Alpe D’Huez - Basic accommodation with small rooms, sufficient room to just about walk sideways between the bottom of the beds and wall. However, French ski accommodation is generally small in comparison to other countries. Very tired decor/carpets etc in the rooms. Good position for ski in and out. Boot room and hire facilities gave immediate access to the slopes and chair lifts are about 150m away a short ski away. The hotel itself felt more like an expensive youth hostel but was adequate for a short stay.

Room 8.0 / 10 The ski Resort was excellent for all standards of Skiers. The three Chalet staff were brilliant and went out of their way to ensure our stay was above expectations. The Ski world rep was not so good, did'nt speak French, not very helpful and did'nt manage expectations. Would give him a 4 out of 10. I have recommended Cordelia to friends.
