Room 10.0 / 10 This was our second visit to the hotel. It had an improved on last year with a new beach bar. As returning guests the service we received was exceptional with a room upgrade included.

Room 9.0 / 10 The hotel was first class. Clean and tidy room. All the staff were fantastic. The range and quality of food was superb. The all inclusive facilities including several water sports were outstanding. The spa was also first class.

Room 7.0 / 10 The hotel was lovely. We got moved to another room as the first one was miles away from everything and the view was full of leaves from a palm tree which made the room really dark, but once we got moved it was much better. A room close to the amenities and view of the pool. The beach and sea were disappointing. Beach was shingle and sea was mixed with river water. So we got a taxi to other beaches which were a lot nicer and sea was clear

Room 1.0 / 10 Cockroach, moths, wasps and spider in room. Bedsheets unchanged throughout stay, floor sandy and unclean. Bathroom smelt of mildew and mould. Staff and service was mainly bad. Had to fight to get peoples attention and be served. The food was not consistent, some days average and some days atrocious. The cocktails looked and tasted different every time you ordered them. The alcohol strength was very low. The beach is dirty with dead coral and rocks. The sea water is murky as it’s connected to a river. Overall it is more of a 2 star hotel and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Room 8.0 / 10 Service at breakfast was slow; having to almost track staff down to clean a table and/or order a coffee. The Beach staff and especially those in the Lime restaurant were excellent. The food in lime was world-class.

Room 7.0 / 10 Staff and service was inconsistent and lack good management organisation, we have received much higher standards of service at hotels in turkey. It was a standard hotel, beach area to small, not a hotel for honeymooners or people with dietary need e,g, no meat, diary. Lunch was limited. The hotel has great potential, the staff that are there try really hard and should be rewarded with clearly instructions and management. A good sense of humour required to stay at this hotel. We are unlikely to return to the hotel or even the country.
