One of our Maldives specialists, Paula, said her customers were handing out her details in resort – Whilst everyone was on hold for hours trying to find a route home, Paula’s customers were sitting confidently knowing she was working hard on their behalf.

Sarah, one of our Mauritius specialists spotted a traveller in need on Facebook – Curfew in Mauritius was closing in and the person in-question had no accommodation arranged. Despite not being her customer, Sarah used her industry knowledge to find this appreciative Facebook user a place to stay.

A couple members of the team were able to find new customers on Facebook, simply by trying to help wherever they could.
